2009 "Services Cup" Contest
Services Computing has become a cross discipline that covers the science and technology of bridging the gap between Business Services including the next generation Internet Business and IT Services. After the successful 2006, 2007, and 2008 IEEE International Services Computing Contest, the 2009 International "Services Cup" Contest (SCContest 2009) is launched officially in October 2008.
It will again focus on using the SOA methodologies, solution reference architectures, and tools to better solve business issues facing today and bringing together worldwide talented students (Students Group) and industry practitioners (Professionals Group) for the industrial wave. The finalists and final top winners of the contest will be announced in the 2009 IEEE International Conference on Web Services (ICWS 2009) in Los Angeles (USA) in July 2009.
In addition, the technical papers of the winners will be published in the proceedings of 2009 IEEE Congress on Services (SERVICES 2009) (Part I).
