SERVICES 2009 (PART II) Innovation Show Case

The Innovation Show Case is a highlight of the 2009 IEEE Services Computing Conference (SCC 2009, http://conferences.computer.org/scc/2009) and the 5th 2009 World Congress on Services (SERVICES 2009 PART II). Exhibiting companies and research institutions will provide products, prototypes, First-Of-The-Kind demos, and services offerings in areas such as Web Services, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Cloud Computing, Business Process Integration and Business Performance Management, and Industry Solutions. In addition, participating companies or institutes will be able to give a product presentation in an exhibitor's track.

Instruction

To complete booth reservation, please follow the following steps.

STEP 1: The first step toward reserving a booth at SCC 2009 and SERVICES 2009 (Part II, Bangalore, India) is to send the the following information to the 2009 proposal submission and review system by selecting "Innovation Show Case" as the topic:

Complete contact information (e.g., company name, contact name, email, phone number, URL, and address), the Product/Prototype/First-Of-The-Kind Demo/Services-Solution Name, any special requirement, and the brief overview.

STEP 2: Once your proposal is accepted, you will need to send the Innovation Show Case chair the signed contract (form is available in doc format and pdf format) and the payment. The exhibition is on September 23rd and 24th, 2009. You can start installing the exhibits on September 22nd after 3:00pm. Please fill the forms and send to the Innovation Show Case chair.

STEP 3: The SCC 2009 and SERVICES 2009 (Part II, Bangalore, India) have an exhibitor's track - i.e. presentation by exhibitors about their products/prototypes, services, or solution approaches. Send the Innovation Show Case chair an email with the Name of presenter and the Title of Talk.

Space Fee:

SCC 2009 and SERVICES 2009 (Part II) in Bangalore, India rates for exhibiting are $1,200 per tabletop for September 23 - September 24. The latest edition of the SCC 2009 and SERVICES 2009 (Part II) exhibit hall floor plan will be released later.
