SERVICES 2012 Submissions
Authors are invited to submit original,
unpublished research/practice papers that are not being
considered in
another forum.
Submitted research & industry track manuscripts will
be limited to 8 (IEEE Proceedings style)
pages and REQUIRED to be formatted using the
IEEE Proceedings template in WORD
or in
Latex. Work-in-progress track papers are limited to
2 (IEEE Proceedings style)
pages and REQUIRED to be formatted using the
IEEE
Proceedings template. Ph.D. symposium track papers
are limited to 4 (IEEE Proceedings style)
pagesThe submitted papers can only be in the format of PDF
or WORD. Please follow
the IEEE Computer Society Press transactions and
Proceedings Author Guidelines to
prepare your papers, respectively. At
least
one author of each accepted paper is required to attend
the
conference and present the paper.
An electronically submitted abstract will be required
prior to the submission of the full
paper. Electronic submission of manuscripts (in PDF or
Word formats) is required. Submissions should
include paper title, abstract,
name of authors, their affiliations, and emails addresses.
In order to submit a paper, click on the link to
the appropriate submission system powered by ConfHub.com
Services, and follow the
below steps:
- For existing
user, just sign-in and jump to
step 5; For a new user, move to step 2
- Click the "New
User, Create a New Account " link
- Fill in the
registration form, and read the
registrations agreements carefully, then click " I agree
and
Registration" button
- You will get a
new account and be logged into
the user default page automatically
- Click "Submit a
Paper"
- Fill-out the
Paper Submission form
- Click Submit
- Click "Back to
My Papers List"
- Click on the
ID/Title of the abstract of the
paper you would like to upload
- You will now
have an upload section on at the
bottom of the form
- Click Browse
- Select your paper
- Click Submit

6. Tutorials:
You are welcome to propose a tutorial. Submitted tutorial
proposal will be limited to 1 page and required to be in a

of authors, their affiliations, emails addresses, and

7. Workshops:
You are welcome to submit workshop proposals related to
cloud computing, web services, mobile services, and
service economics. Workshop duration can be one day or one
and half day. All the accepted and presented papers by the
workshops will be included in the Proceedings of 2012 IEEE
Eighth World Congress on Services (SERVICES 2012) which
will be published by IEEE Computer Society Press. Use the

8. SU Summer School:
SU-2012 is now calling for participation. Eligible
applicants shall be (1) professors in universities whose
teaching and research areas are related to Cloud
Computing, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web
services, Web technology, Software Engineering, IT, and
management or (2) industry practitioners who have
experiences in services software design and development
and are willing to get more involved in Services Computing

9. Innovation Show Case:
Exhibiting companies and research institutions will
provide products, prototypes, First-Of-The-Kind demos, and

10. Job Fair:
All the services provided to job seekers and employers are
